Department of Sports, Kaohsiung City governs such 31 athletic fields as sports grounds, gyms, swimming pools, centers spread all over every administrative district, in charge of conducting and promoting activities, which are held in the Stadium, and managing and maintaining the mentioned athletic fields.  There are about 300 employees of this Stadium after several reorganization, change of personnel, construction and planning of field equipment.  This Stadium is the top one among public stadiums in Taiwan with respect to the numbers of governed places and employees.
