Introduction to Chung Cheng Stadium

1.Location:Chung Cheng Stadium is located at 99, Chung Cheng 1st Road,Lingya District, Kaohsiung City. It is facilitated with first-class track and field grounds that comply with the international standard.Situated right next to Sun Yat-Sen Freeway, therefore you can reach there simply by exiting from the Chung Cheng Interchange .With good transportation, It is just 15 minutes away from the international airport. After the completion of the MRT, there will be exits for visitors to access to the stadium directly.

2.Area and capacity:Total area:56,606㎡. Capacity:30,000 seats.

3.Facilities:
   (1)AV Control room, VIP Room, journalists' room, etc.
   (2)Standred track and field ground, German Rectan synthetic tracks(400m),large time
       and  score display unit, indoor training tracks, adjudicators' Rooms, athletes resting
       rooms, etc.
   (3)Disable access, toilets, and parking lot.
4.Original Purpose:Track and field competitions, training  ground, and sports ground
    for the public.
5. Venue for World Games sports:Tug of War.
6.Events held in the past:Taiwan Athletic Campaign, National High School Sports
    Day, National Track and Field Elite Competition, etc.
